No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 14.4 oz box of graham crackers
- 2 packs (3.4 oz each) of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 8 oz tub of whipped cream
- 1 16 oz can of chocolate frosting
Instructions:
- Mix the instant pudding with milk and let it firm up (3-5 minutes).
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Spray a 9×13-inch pan, and layer whole graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of crackers and top with the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of crackers.
- Microwave the frosting for 10-12 seconds, stir, and spread over the cake.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours until set, then slice and serve cold. Enjoy!
