Cherry Cheesecake Fluff Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Fluff:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
For the Crumble:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the crumble. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then beat until blended. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- In a dish, layer half of the crumble, followed by the cream cheese mixture. Top with cherry pie filling, then sprinkle the remaining crumble.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
