Keto Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flax meal
For the Filling:
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the dough as directed and roll into a rectangle.
- Spread butter and sprinkle with filling ingredients. Roll and slice into 8 pieces.
