- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granular sweetener (like Swerve or Monk Fruit)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine eggs, sweetener, melted butter, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually fold in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
- Optional Add-ins: Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake: Pour batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 18-22 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is slightly soft.
