Keto Vanilla Wafers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla flavor

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine wet ingredients (melted butter, egg, vanilla).
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together and chill dough for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
  4. Preheat oven to 325°F. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing cookies 1 inch apart.
  5. Press cookies flat with an oiled spatula.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
