  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter
  • ½ cup (100g) powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (90g) sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
  • Optional Toppings: Chopped nuts, sea salt flakes

Steps

  1. Prepare the Pan:

    Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Melt Butter and Sweetener:

    In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in the powdered erythritol until well combined.

  3. Cook the Toffee:
