Ingredients
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing continuously until fully incorporated.
- Once everything is combined, transfer the mixture to a greased or lined 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and serve!
